Teraflex Group, LLC has been our major contractor for six years in the construction of a 265 acre high-end residential subdivision. They constructed just under 5 miles of roads, most of which are on steep terrain with a significant amount of rock.

Teraflex Group has been responsible for all blasting and rock removal, for both bulk rock and trench rock. All aspects of this blasting and removal have been accomplished on a timely basis, with a high degree of safety.

I would recommend them for any type of blasting removal, and intend to continue to use them in the future. Feel free to contact me if I can be of any assistance in your evaluation of them as a potential contractor.

Your company did some sewer work this past year at The Views on some steep and rocky terrain. The sewer line was 20 feet from the foundation of a $500,000.00 home and ran parallel to the foundation wall for a distance of approximately 50 feet.

While digging the sewer line your company encountered rock for most of the 50 foot length. The rock had to be blasted and it was imperative that no damage be done to the house that was 20 feet away.

Your professional personnel were able to blast the rock with a number of small charges without doing any damage whatsoever to the foundation. I applaud your work.

In conclusion, I would not hesitate to call your company again to do rock blasting in a very sensitive location.
